Arrow Electronics has some P89C668HBBD parts in stock at a price of $12.60 US each. Arrow is at www.arrow.com. They have online ordering too.
Like your other vensors they are out of stock on the P89C668HFA? I am not knowing if the HFA part is functonally interchagable with the HBBD or not. It might be worth a data sheet check. Michael Karas |
