By the way, is it possible to lock the security bits (if any) in EEPROM chips?( i mean do they contain security bits?)
Well, if the software is contained in EPROM (which must have been since the CPU is P80C32UBPN), then it can be read out. But look for some other protected devices on board such as a PAL. Many people who have to use EPROM with 8052, use some sort of protection. |
