#36732 - RE: Franklin C compiler V3.20 |
erik malund wrote: ------------------------------- Franklin never made a compiler, they just rebranded. 3.20, is that Keil, Raisonance, IAR, Joe Blow or what? Nayone know. Erik For historic reasons it is Keil V3.20, and it doesn't support inline assembly. Archimedes renamed IAR and sold it as its own. Franklin renamed Keil and sold it as thier own. IAR dumped Archimedes and so they contracted with Keil for V5.x. Franklin was dump by Keil with the same version. That's when Keil Software was started by Mr. Ward and myself.
