Rather than just testing different amps at random,its much easier to get some datasheets from manufactuers and look at the specification and see which ones match your requirements.
AS for the strain gauge you dont say if it resistive or semiconductor type,but either way a circuit arrangement which will give good sensitivity is a bridge type circuit ,(wheatstone or otherwise) and even some temperature compensation may be a good idea as well depending on your application. |
