Thanks.

I checked the delay routine, I use Ride Raisonance. You are right, k should be 129.

I simulated it at 11.0592MHz and it did delay for the right amount of time, ie 15ms when it was called for 15ms. Thanks for spotting this, though in one iteration this was correct and it still didnt work! Can you see anything else?
