Dear Mr. Prasad,
It should not be much of a problem once your initialization is correct (i.e. all the three µCs are reset and initially the handshake is established). Im using such system (master/slave using common databus), but use two lines so that either can initialize communication using the signal lines. Let me know if you need more info.
