#37272 - RE: Basic Delay Commands Use |
Dear SomeWay:
When you make a delay loop you have to also account for all the delays of the instructions that decrement the registers and so forth. You can follow the example subroutine that I describe on my 8052.com web page A Delay Loop Calculator and make a generic delay routine for say like 0.1 second. Then call this subroutine 10 times in a loop for a total of 1 second delay. This web page does want for you to have a recent version of MicroSoft EXCEL installed so you can run the calculator. If you have any questions about it please ask here. Michael Karas |
