Here are some which may help you.


1. Get PDF data sheet from Maximum.

2. Make sure Vbat pin 3 never exceeds 3V. This could be your problem. if voltage is greater than 3v, it just wont work.

3.The o/p frequency can be measured at pin 7 by properly programming control register. Note use pull up resistor.

4. The pull up resistor values of SDA and SCL signal -> less than 10K reccomended.
