I am using an AT89S53 Micro-Controller. I need more external RAM because have used up all of the internal memory. I need to be able to store and read an additional 60 bytes that changes based on the status of the device that I am testing. I have Port 2 still available on my Micro. I am having trouble finding an external RAM chip that is compatible with my Micro. Any info or sites will be helpful to me at this point.
