Do you want an emulator or a simulator? They're not the same thing. Emulator implies hardware, simulator implies a completely software-based solution with no need for actual external hardware. Since you later asked about it being free I will assume you are looking for a simulator. Try Pinnacle 52, link on the left sidebar towards the bottom.
