While looking for suitable controller for possible project which turned out to be just a timewaster I came across this otp/mask ROM
part and Iit looks quite useful.Just wondering if anyone has used it and just how compatable it is to 8052 instruction set.Looking at the data sheet there are a lot of registers missing.
OTP parts are useful as the lack of reprogrammability makes them cheap and they are generally small.
