Dear Waqar, Your aversion to interrupts is mostly in the mind - or that is what I think!! As Babar said, it is not that Interrupts are that difficult that you should shun them. All your postings on the use of timers show that you ARE a logical designer and why keep away from an interesting part of the MCU ? And incidentally there is hardly any program worth its salt without interrupts ( Ok Ok - what I said was a "general" statement ) And just for curiosity sake - did you try out the code that I had sent for a 1 sec ISR? You just have to compile and run it and get back to me - if you STILL dont comprehend what an ISR is. Enjoy. Raghu |
