#39466 - RE: OFF TOPIC: Fluke scopemeter
Responding to: ???'s previous message
It's not a scope, it's not a multimeter, but OK, it's a Fluke.

I cannot decide if this choise is good for you or isn't, but my experience is:

* For a multimeter "in the field", it's far too big and quite a bit too heavy.

* For a scope "in the field" it will do the job, but I know better scopes than that.

* For a scope in the workshop, it just won't do (too small and unhandy)

You can buy 97's between 300 and 600 Euro; if you already own a Fluke 83 or 85 and have a 60 MHz scope in your workshop, I would say: go for it. But if it's your intention to have one that fits all: forget about it.

Success!
