#39595 - cheapo!! radio simulation |
I know all about the horrendously expensive and horribly bloated
radio protcol simulation packages which only run on unix but Iam looking for a cheap(free) simulator that I can run on my home pc so I can see at which point my radio protocol falls over. The only one I can find wants to work out propagation patterns given satellite data of the coverage area which is nice but not quite what i need,it even works out bit error rates if its raining and you are on top of a hill at night 5 miles from the transmitter. Heelp otherwise I am going to have to resort to a spread sheet Bah!!! |
