Good evening, everyone.

I apologize for the downtime that 8052.com has suffered since Friday at 5pm. We owe this downtime completely to US West/Qwest who, after we started on our fifth day of downtime, finally was able to get our circuit running again. Who knows why it broke or why it took so long to get it working. When it comes to dealing with US West, I've learned it is better not to ask... :(

Anyway, the site is back online and hopefully things will be stable. Why don't we all keep our fingers crossed. They say that the bureaucracy was the downfall of the Roman civilization -- US West will be the downfall of modern civilization...
