Are you wanting to decode IRIG_B data directly from the satellite link ( or ) you already have a signal available and just want to decode it ?

In case the primary decoding has been done, then the signal can be made available in analog or digital format. Which is it that you have ?

Could you please eloborate at which stage of the link you are in ?
