Beware, many derivatives sample !EA at reset and ignore it afterwards. So i still may use DB or DW directives (for reserving bytes or words in code memory) in my code which will be loaded in ram??? No, regardless of your "freaky usage of ram", you still need to treat data as either constants or variables. I should write the *.asm code as i would write it for placing in internal ROM? yes Erik |
