#4015 - 28c16(16k eeprom) as RAM |
Hi All,
I was wondering if it is possible to use the 28c16 eeprom as RAM for the 80c52-BASIC chip. Would there be a timing problem? The eeprom has WE, OE, and CE for control pins. From that is seems possible. Any input would be great! Thanks, Dave Kaleta |
