I want to use it in artillary in my project
i want to know is it batter or no for compleat control.

I have absolutely no idea what you want, a few guesses:
1) You want to control mortars or haubitzers.
2) You want to include it in your repertoire of components that you know about.
3) You are about to design a product (WHAT) and want to inclued a '51.
4) something completely different.

If this is a because of a language barrier, try to describe in more than one way and we may be able to figure out what you want.
