#4052 - KM28C16 EEPROM programming problems... |
Hi All,
Well, I broke down and bought an 80c52-BASIC chip from Micromint. I have built the circuit that the Intel schematic describes programming a 2817A EEPROM. I am ASSUMING that they have similar characteristics. I have the eeprom addressed at 8000h as it should be also. I also used the XTAL=7372800 command. When I use the PROG command it gives me the PROGRAMMING ERROR message. I know the eeprom is good because I programmed it with an eeprom programmer and also manually programmed it with the 8052 after some rewiring of the controls. I believe it is a timing problem. Can someone help me again with this? Thanks, Dave Kaleta |
