i'm using the KSC compiler.
it is not my intention to use delay loops.
the purpose of this code is to prevent loops in my interrupt routine.

this code that i gave was a part of a bigger code. i want to read the scancodes of a pc keyboard. so i need to read the data synchron with the clock. that's why i implemented that code.
