2) 64KB Rom (Maybe one day you'll need more memory)
3) 64Kb Ram (See #2)
4) 8255 (For extra ports & Communication)

2) ROM (is not programmable) WHY, today you can get up to 128k internal flash.
3) RAM, you can get 8k internal, why blow 16 good port pins when you do not need to
4) when you do not blow your port poins, you do not need (well you NEVER should use) this antique mismatch to a '51.
