Where is the power On/Off switch in your power supply ? If it is in the AC primary side then for a trial, try putting a switch in the DC side and keeping the primary ON always, try switching off with the DC side switch - this is just to ensure that the MCU powers up with the right Vcc levels. ( I presume you are using a mains operated power source ) The problems described by you are certainly related to the power source start up times and associated Reset issues. A reset controller will take care of most of these issues . So why not try it ? Raghu PS: Please do post back when the problem is solved. |
