Hello Mr. Stanley Lio,
What Michael suggested is very good. There are a few other ways of doing the job. Using a 74LS165 shift register, a parity detector (74LS148 I think), a 74LS154 (16 line to 1) and others. What ever way you do it you will have to have a schematic drawing. I made a short diagram from what you presently have. Everything necessary is public domain software and only requires you learning how to use it.
