Well Everyone,
I feel I should have been more specific. Excuse me for that. Actually I was looking for Mother board standards. I wanted a design where I could plug-in any card (ADC, DIO, DAC etc) into any free slot and the memory mapping etc would be on-card. I am currently looking at PC/104 as suggested.
