I would suggest you look at this web site....NoTouchProduct. If you send these people ready to go Gerber artwork you can get back double sided rectangular circuit boards with plated holes, solder mask, and silk screen. It takes 4 days and costs $34 each (2 boards minimum). The results are impressive!!
