#4196 - RE: Mystic switch()/"Address space overflow&a |
Hi, Peter,
Of course, such argument passing makes an automatic dissasembling of code as impossible. There whould not be to do something for the criminals to crack code, if all done by de-translator. I think just a very big, dramaticaly not effective code might suspend them. But, what's the connection with a crazy disassembler and program running under ICE control? I think it is not importent, how is a byte interpreted at a disassembler window, as a data, or a code. Mostly, all the data fields are interpreted as code at disassembler window, but these fields are never executed by CPU. I feel I am not enough experienced with ICE emulation concept. Why, an emulator's decision must be based on a disassembler, and not on a next instruction to execute, while "Step" mode? Thanks, Oleg |
