What medium to handle?
What flow rate to handle? How many ports ? How many flow paths ? What pressure to handle ? What is the allowed delta P across when handling the specified flow ? What is the solenoid Voltage? What is the solenoid wattage or current? If AC solenoid what is the allowable inrush and holding current ? What duty cycle? What type of connectors - DIN / Spade / Flying leads / ? What mounting - Subplate / threaded line mount / or SAE flanges ? Any limit on shifting times ? And I am NOT joking. One should atleast know these to make a GOOD selection. And I can help you there.
