I don't know of any compiler with a GUI - all the compilers I've ever seen are command-line (console) applications - even Borland and Microsoft.

The GUI is provided by a separate application - like uVision in Keil's case.

All the GUIs (uVision, Visual Studio, C++ Builder, etc, etc) call the command-line tools to do the real work!
