The actual code that you are looking for is in my Handy ASM routines on my User page in this site. Did you check that out ? You jsut have to call the routine with the DPTR loaded with the required delay in milliseconds. Thats it.

And even MJK has given the full steps in his delay calculator - I cant figure out what you need further.
