Any one knows where I can get japaneise transistors for Fanuc spindle drive?
I'm currently repairing a CNC machine and I need Japaniese components like ET191 transistor or it might be IGBT. Preferably in uk. I found sources for the complete boards but it will be cheaper to fix it by replacing the few transistors. Thanks Mahmood |
