a)but i have little confussion regarding cs(chip select)of eeprom.shall i connect it with psen pin of microcontroller or i shall memory address is such a way that it only goes low when the microcontroller fetches
the code from eeprom.

b)does the psen pin is active only during external code fetch from eeprom.
