Looks to me like in the sample you show that the hex value at 0x000F is a value of 0xFA.
There is some type of question about the code you show though. The "D9 FA" does indeed seem to correspond to a DJNZ R1,LOOP2 there the LOOP2 label appears to be a few instructions before the 0x000E location. However the "DA F6" does not seem to coincide with the "RR A" opcode that you showed. The "DA F6" would really seem to be a DJNZ R2,LABELx with the LABELx location some short distance back.
