I don't think you could, other than encrypting it, and then de-crypting it before you execute it.
One way might be to swap a few data lines over, then when you program the memory chip to twiddle the bits over. So if someone read it back normally it wouldn't work, of course all they would have to do is look at your board. This is why chips have on-board memory so you can protect it with lock bits. |
