It's not very clear what you mean: do you actually encounter problems or do you think you might have a problem when looking at a scope picture? Your posting suggests that so far all seems to work properly.

If you want to be sure your memory / controller is ok, you could write a simple test program to write and read back two distinct bit patterns to your memory, incrementing the address after each succesfull test; any readback errors will become obvious immediately.
