I suggest to post your question on the Cygnal Users Forum or e-mail Cygnal at "tools@cygnal.com". Do you have another 'F021 device to test on? If it is the EC that is broken you will have to get a new one, I'm afraid, because as far as I know there are no third-party programmers that work with these devices (apart from some production programmers, which are certainly not low-cost ;o) ).
