#43537 - Reason to use non-unique label Responding to: ???'s previous message |
My initial reason for asking the question was because I thought it would be easier on myself if I didn't have to come up with original, meaningful labels all throughout my code. It would be especially helpful when the code makes lots of comparisons and short jumps.
After reading the replies I now agree with the idea that the lazy approach is likely to cost me far more debugging time in the future. Every project seems to take at least twice as long as I originally thought. At least I am learning.. - Lee |
