I said it is "unavailable" from the manufacturer.

Avocet, which acquired Huntsville Microsystems in the mid-80's, tells me
that they simply do not have any data on this relatively "old" piece of
equipment, or it's accompanying software, as it was no longer in production
at the time of the acquisition. Their tech support people assure me that
if they had it, it would have been made available to me.
