If you look at the page 3 of the datasheet, you will find that the crystal is supposed to have a CL of 12.5 pf. Perhaps your crystal is out of spec. (33 pf seems way out of line here) Did you include the recommended guard ring and ground plane around the crystal? This too affects how the crystal will operate.

Dallas apparently went to some trouble so if you follow their recommendations, you won't need to add the capacitors usually found on either side of the crystal.

Have you read Dallas' Ap Note 58, "Crystal Considerations..." ?
