thank you Michael, you'r right these 3 encoder just can't share the same interruped since the encoder speed is not importen for my application I may try the Alfredo said , all i need to do is connect these three encoder into my keyboard scan port to verify the statuse,extra cpu will be the last solution i used (cost effect).
