450 Ohms to ground ~ 10 mA. I'd not even consider Kais suggestion, the '51 is NOT designed for loaded port pins. Put a couple of 74 TTL inverters on the port pins as buffers, they can deliver the current. Or if you prefer, use a couple of trabsistors as emitter followers with the base on a port pin with pullup.
