#44270 - Where to buy big sram? |
I'm looking for some parallel 4Mbit (512KB x 8) sram modules. I'm finding all the information on them that I could ever need except where to buy them! Somebody is making them, yet nobody seems to be selling them. =/
BTW, just in case any observant people happen to notice that I said I can't spare I/O lines for external PROM/RAM in my other post, this is for a totally different project. ;) |
