#44321 - Thermocouple and mobile phones |
Hello all,
I have a problem with thermocouples (type T) functioning as antenna when a mobile phone is in the near. The TCs are followed by instrumentation amps and low pass filters, which decrease the disturbances. But they are still there. What can I do in the first stage of signal chain to reduce the antenna effect? Some ferrite beads for the thermcouple wires or something? Btw: A few weeks ago I launched a thread regarding disturbances from relay switching. A spark in the near of my project led to resets of the Cygnal µC. The solution of this problem was a 100nF capacitor added to the reset line (the reset was, of course, driven by a reset controller). Regards, Carsten |
