Remember that you don't get a 2nd chance to make a first impression!
Your proposal must sell you as well as your design to your potential client/customer - you can't afford to be dropping grammatical and/or typographical clangers all through it like this.
I think you need a proof-reader (or proof-readers) who can check both your prose and your technical content.

Also remember that you will need to draw up a Contract detailing the rights and remedies of the various parties.
You should seek appropriate professional advice for this.
