I too have several COG style digital cell phone LCD modules. It is virtually impossible for me to get any information on what controller chip these use or the pin definitions of the contacts. So they just sit here on the shelf collecting dust while I have visited the Tian-Ma web site, located a suitabe model for my applicaton, and then studying it closely to ensure that I can program it correctly.
