Your links to your geocities page are failing because Geocities attempts to prohibit access to links that are coming from certain types of requesters. www.8052.com seems to be one of this type of requesters. When one of our fellow members clicks on the link it looks to Geocities that 8052.com is trying to access the file as a remote storage location. (My understanding from reading the Geocities "Terms of Usage" is that they try to specifically disallow this mode of operation).

What users have to do in this case is to copy the link of your posting page and then paste it into the URL box of a newly opened browser window on their computer. When accessed this way Geocities thinks that the file is being accessed in a "legitimate" way and will allow the download to take place.
