 		 #4507 - DRAM Interfacing
I wish to utilise spare SIMM modules from old PC's (30 and 72Pin) to provide cheap mass memory for a MP3 player I am developing.

Can anyone please let me know how to use DRAM. i.e deal with the refresh etc.
