#45109 - RE: universal programmer Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I need a universal device programmer for programming microchip, atmel avr and texas
Please not again. If you need a universal programmer you are not in the volume market and should not even worry about a programmer. Today virtually every new derivative coming out (except those for the high volume market only) has ISP. so: If you make so few units that you can not afford to buy a programmer use ISP If you make so many units that the cost of the chip is important BUY a programmer that can handle that one chip. There are programmers out there such as BP microsystems that basically can handle everything after you have bought $5000 worth of adapters. Erik |
