Rami, it looks to me that that code was not your own, but I may be wrong, and this is not meant as an insult.
I'm not much of an aduc expert, so I really can't tell what is wrong in detail. To give you an answer in the form of working code would require that I studied the aduc datasheet in detail, and then you would have learned nothing except that then you would have a working piece of code. I can only point you at obvious omissions, like the open end of your original program, the fact that if you want to round something off, you should throw away the lowest bits of information, not the highest, and the fact that MOVX didn't make sense. Maybe someone else here is more intimate with the aduc.
