I wrote an RC-5 decoder in C some weeks ago. You can have that if you want, but then you'll have to do some work yourself. The circuit I have designed is only for controlling a motorized pot and two relays, but changing it to 12 "channels" is no problem. The µc I designed the circuit for (AT89Cx051) has enough I/O pins for the job.

You can find plenty of code for decoding remote signals on the above site, or in the "Code Library" at the left hand menu. I just wrote my own code as an interesting exercize...
